Here’s what to expect—and how we help you finish strong:

✔️ Final Walk-Through Inspection

Before you officially become the homeowner, we’ll schedule a final walk-through—usually the day before or the morning of closing. This quick visit gives you a chance to:

• Confirm everything is in the same condition as when you last saw the home
• Ensure agreed-upon repairs were completed
• Check that nothing has been removed or left behind unexpectedly

Don’t worry—we’ll walk the property with you and make sure it all looks just right.

✔️ Utility & Service Setup

We’ll provide a handy checklist and contact list for setting up your essential home services, including:

• Electricity
• Water & gas
• Internet & cable
• Trash/recycling
• Alarm or smart home systems

This way, your new home is move-in ready the moment you get the keys.

✔️ We Handle the Unexpected

Even in the final stretch, surprises can happen—a broken appliance, missing key, or last-minute paperwork issue. But with our experience, nothing catches us off guard. If something does pop up, we’ll jump into action and resolve it quickly, so your closing stays on track.

✔️ The Closing Process (Made Simple)

At the closing table (or virtually, if needed), a closing agent will guide you through signing the final paperwork and reviewing your settlement statement—a document that outlines the full financial breakdown of the transaction.

We’ll make sure you understand every number and detail, and we’ll coordinate with the lender, title company, and seller so you don’t have to.

Here’s what else you can expect:

• You’ll sign mortgage and title documents (if financing)
• If required, you’ll wire funds or bring a certified check
• The seller will hand over keys, remotes, garage openers, and other important info
