We had an open house the same week we put my townhouse on the market with a little staging and ideas to liven up my place, I received multiple offers that very weekend! Melissa is great! She got us our home in 2016 (for under asking price) then sold it for us two months a go for double what we paid! She is personable, caring, and really breaks down the realtor lingo so it is understandable for all. Melissa is also down to earth. No phony realtor facade.
